We accept all payments through the Stripe Platform Service of this website. We accept the following forms of payment:

All payments are currently in GBP. We could change currency in future due to change of Location. We ask you agree to the terms and conditions at checkout. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your name, email address and payment method with expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions successfully and we can contact you if needed.

Delivery - Shipping & Handling during COVID-19

Our products are sealed and packaged with care, especially during this COVID-19 crisis. Also, you must expect shipping delays. Give at least 1 week to 2 weeks to receive your order, due to the circumstances. Mail Service Tracking is optional depending on the postal service. Delivery service at current is Post NL as current location of Ashleigh Bickerstaff Fine Artist & Illustrator is in Purmerend, The Netherlands.

Delivery Options are as follows:

Uk & Ireland - First Class, Flat Rate, £5.00 Per Order. ( Via Post NL) The Netherlands.
Europe - First Class, Flat Rate, £5.00 Per Order.
USA & Canada - First Class, Flat Rate, £10.00 Per Order.

All delivery options are clearly listed at the checkout section of this website. All our products are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives to you in good condition. Most are sealed in acid free celo bags and packaged in heavy duty cardboard envelopes, clearly stating; ‘do not bend!’ on each package. If damage has occurred, please contact us sending a photo of your damaged item(s) to: ashleighbickerstaff@hotmail.com. We will do our utmost to solve the issue.

Refunds

Unfortunately, all sales are finalised and no refunds can be issued at this time.
